He has 35 years of private and public sector experience as a management consultant and technology executive. He has focused on supporting public pension funds for the last 15 years.

Prior to joining Segal, Mr. Morrow was with LRWL Inc. for more than 14 years. Previously he worked for the Maryland State Retirement Agency as IT Project Director for the Maryland State Department of Education as Chief of Information Technology, and as Vice President of Operations for Townley and Associates in Aurora, CO.
Mr. Morrow earned a BA in Business Administration and a BA in Economics from Western State College of Colorado and an MS in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
