Senior Vice President and Principal

Diane a Senior Vice President and Principal in Segal’s New York office. With over 30 years' experience, Diane has vast knowledge in a wide range of insurance products and services and is an expert in Segal’s four core products: fiduciary liability insurance, fidelity bonds, employment practice liability insurance and cyber liability insurance. She also has a background in professional liability and property & casualty lines. 

In addition, Diane serves as a member of Segal’s Board of Directors. She is also an advisor to Segal’s DEI Steering Committee, having formerly chaired the DEI Steering Committee for several years.

Diane is a recognized industry leader and has held several underwriting and leadership positions. Her experience includes working for Crum & Forster Insurance, Chubb Insurance and OneBeacon Insurance Group.

Diane received her BS in Finance & Marketing from La Salle University. She holds resident Property & Casualty Broker and Agent licenses in the state of New York, as well as non-resident licenses in the majority of other states. She is a board member and past President of the New York City Association of Insurance Women. She is a trustee of the Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium located in Centerport, NY.

Diane was recognized by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association as a 2022 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Leader.
