In that role, she was responsible for integrated and efficient delivery of the sales cycle across proposal development, sales technology, reporting and analysis, solution architects, partner advisors and value engineers. She implemented strategic process improvements, including AI, that significantly increased productivity and reduced costs of the sales process. Val is a change management leader, who has built and implemented business efficiencies including streamlining sales reporting by creating requirements for sales analytics and insights via Microsoft PowerBI dashboards that were adopted by the entire organization. Prior to her role as Vice President, she was Director, Opportunity Strategy & Management, and led a 55-member global team that included business development consultants, project managers, writers, database administrators and graphic designers across three continents and seven countries. While her teams were based all over the world, they delivered a consistent process that aided in efficient and timely sales support tailored to the client’s business objectives.
