Heidi is a Vice President, Communications in our Segal Benz practice, affiliated with the New York office. She has more than 20 years of communications consulting experience.

Prior to joining Segal Benz, Heidi was Director, Engagement at Gallagher, where she led communication strategy development for enterprise clients. Previously, she ran her own employee engagement and strategic communication business, which she started after six years at Alight, a leading HR management and benefits administration firm. Her most recent role at Alight was Vice President, Consumer Experience, AI Personalization Product Strategist. During her tenure, she led partnership discussions between clients and benefit vendors, elevated product success internally and externally, directed operationalization of client delivery and drove development of a reporting framework for a program optimization solution. In addition to her leadership in personalization solutions, she also served as the Consumer Experience Health Best-Practice Leader. Earlier in her communications consulting career, Heidi was with Hewitt Associates, which became Aon Hewitt.

Heidi earned a BA in Humanities from Michigan State University. She holds a Leading to Transform certificate from Harvard Business Impact Enterprise and is a two-time winner of the prestigious Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), which recognizes excellence in strategic communication. She has also won the IABC’s Silver Quill Award and the Silver Flame Award presented by the IABC’s Atlanta chapter.
