How Do Americans Feel About Returning to the Office?

Organizations of all sizes went remote during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now many have postponed returning to the workplace due to virus variants. Segal’s survey brings to light:

  • Remote work’s top perks
  • The ideal hybrid weekly schedule for on-site and remote work
  • How Americans feel about requiring the COVID-19 vaccine before returning to the workplace

The survey shows that returning to the office is complicated. Consider: What do people dread about returning to the workplace? What do people enjoy about spending time with colleagues that needs to be replicated? Once you know the answers to these questions, then you can address the issues effectively.
