Jen leads some of the firm’s largest communications relationships. She advises Segal Benz’s multiemployer, corporate and public sector clients across industries, including healthcare, higher education, telecommunications, banking/financial services, technology, defense, communications/media, healthcare, manufacturing, sports, food and hospitality, grocery and transportation.
Prior to joining Segal Benz, Jen was the Director of Internal Communications for Level 3 Communications, where she led the team responsible for the organization’s employee engagement and communications strategy, related programs and content, and internal communications channels, including the global intranet, executive and manager communications initiatives and face-to-face outreach. She has also worked in consulting roles with Buck Consultants and Mercer.
Jen received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and World at Work. In 2015, Ms. Schuster received an IABC Gold Quill Award in recognition for her work with the University of Missouri.
