Michele advises clients on various health and welfare related subject matters, including strategy development, plan design review and analysis, cost management tactics, financial budget development and employee contribution strategies.

Michele serves as the lead Project Manager overseeing several initiatives across a broad spectrum of clients, most recently including The American Red Cross, Eileen Fisher, Sandia National Laboratories, Boston University, Monmouth University, San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and University of Arkansas.

Prior to joining Segal, Michele worked in various capacities throughout the healthcare industry, including:

  • Developing a healthcare financial product for a major bank
  • Serving as an Account Executive, advising mid- to large-sized employer groups on a wide variety of health & welfare benefits programs
  • Serving as a health policy analyst for a large insurance company and for the healthcare practice of a top five consulting firm
  • Working as an underwriter for a large insurance company

Michele graduated from The University of Connecticut with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She is a licensed Life, Accident and Health Insurance agent and broker.
