Prior to joining Alight, he held many sales and leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing, such as leading a multi-layered team providing human capital management support and advanced cloud technology for HR, talent, risk, payroll and employee benefits. He also helped secure government contracts with clients in the aerospace industry and worked at Wells Fargo in its retail banking division.
Michael earned a BA from Cal State University, Fullerton and an MBA in Global Business from the University of Redlands.
