Ms. Kelly is a Senior Vice President and Midwest Region Leader, based in Segal’s Cleveland office. She has over 25 years of experience consulting to a number of multiemployer health and pension clients on a wide variety of benefits issues and topics. She recently served as the National Multiemployer Sales Leader, where she led strategic growth initiatives for the multiemployer market. Prior to that, Ms. Kelly served as the National Multiemployer Health Practice Leader, where she was a national resource for Segal’s multiemployer clients, focused on strategic planning in all benefit areas.

Ms. Kelly has extensive experience with all facets of multiemployer consulting, including benefit and wellness strategies, plan design, mergers, funding, plan management and issues involving the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA) and the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA’06).

Prior to joining Segal, Ms. Kelly served as Director, Health and Welfare, for a large human resources consulting firm. Her responsibilities in this position included managing a team of consultants engaged in such client work as the delivery of projects and reports, plan financial analysis, budget projection development and outcome analysis, plan design review and analysis, strategy development and implementation, and vendor negotiations and renewals. In addition to consulting to clients on all types of health and welfare issues, Ms. Kelly also assisted in the marketing of new programs and in new business development.

Ms. Kelly graduated from Ohio University with a BA in Health Care Administration and a minor in Business. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
