Helene is the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Senior Vice President in Segal’s New York office. She has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field. Helene oversees Segal’s human resources functions and staff including employee benefits, compensation, staff relations, recruitment, workforce planning, learning and development, and training. She also serves as the HR Consultant to the senior management team and the Board of Directors, as well as an advisor to Segal’s DEI Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Segal in 2013, Helene was the Director of Human Resources at Buck Consultants. In her 27-year career with Buck, she gained broad experience in the consulting business as well as a deep knowledge of compensation, career development, training, succession planning, recruiting and benefit design, staff administration and communication. Before Buck, Helene held several HR leadership positions in the retail industry.
Helene received a BA in Elementary Education from William Paterson University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Toastmasters International.
