How competitive are your institutions benefits?
Benefits play a key role in colleges’ and universities’ constant quest to attract and retain top talent.
The 2018 College and University Benefits Study (CUBS) covers the offerings of more than 450 private and public institutions.
Identify the benefits which you could add, change or better promote to stay competitive.
On health plans, the report noted:
CUBs showed a movement toward account-based defined contribution (DC) health plans for new hires.
It also notes that between 2015 and 2017, the percentage of DC retirement plans did not change.
Nor did the median institution contribution.
