Prior to joining Segal, Mr. Chapman worked with NPAG, an executive search firm, where he focused on human resources infrastructure building and assessment for social impact organizations looking to accelerate their people and strategy practices. He also focused on the validation and delivery of job descriptions, competency model frameworks and best practices for connecting business outcomes to talent.
Mr. Chapman earned a BA in Nonprofit Leadership from Kennesaw State University and a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.
