Chelsey is a Senior Associate in the Organizational Effectiveness practice in Segal’s New York office. She provides consulting advice for HR and workforce planning, communication, environmental considerations, M&A analysis and other broad solution-base strategies.
She began her career at Segal as a member of the firm’s Retirement practice, where she gained expertise in actuarial and analytical retirement consulting for a range of plans including, but not limited to, deferred compensation, pension and postretirement medical plans. She also worked with clients in the New York Corporate market and provided support for deferred compensation plans, with emphasis on operational risk mitigation, nondiscrimination testing and plan redesign strategies.
Before joining Segal, Chelsey completed internships in pension administration, technology/CPU support, and legal/lobbying services.
Chelsey graduated with a BS in Actuarial Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from Florida State University.
