She represented employee benefit plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, health and welfare plans, vacation plans, apprenticeship and training programs, and labor-management cooperation committees. Kristina developed expertise in pension withdrawal liability and represented clients in audits by federal and state agencies, including the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.
