Prior to joining Segal in 2020, she was the Vice President for Business Affairs & Human Resources and an award-winning faculty member at the University of Arizona. Under her leadership, the University received multiple best places to work awards.
Allison earned a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Public Affairs and MA in Public Policy and Administration and BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. In addition, she holds multiple human resources and executive coaching certifications.
A prolific writer and speaker, Allison has been invited to speak to more than 250 audiences in the last decade, ranging from FBI field agents to academic medical center CEOs.
