He has deep expertise in health plan design, budgeting and vendor management as well as plan design and compliance with the Affordable Care Act.
Josh serves as consultant to multiple Taft-Hartley plans covering members both nationally and throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. He also serves other retail and building trade funds and provides support for numerous Taft-Hartley building trade health and welfare, pension and annuity clients throughout the Northeast.
Josh is a member of our Multiemployer Leadership Group and served on the East Region Leadership Team for seven years. He is also head of Segal’s Hartford office.

He also received a Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
