Prior to joining Segal, Dan was Managing Director, Consulting Services, at CloutLab, a leadership development and professional coaching firm. He was responsible for building and leading a workplace and employee development consulting practice.
Previously, Dan was a Managing Director of Avanade, a firm specializing in digital, cloud and advisory services founded by a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. His most recent role at Avanade was Americas Advisory Consulting Lead, Microsoft Services, a new role accountable for enterprise digital and AI adoption services for Accenture clients. Before taking on that position, Dan was Avanade’s Global Consulting Practice Lead, Organizational Change. In that role, he led a 250-person global team. Dan began his consulting career at Deloitte, where he directed large-scale digital transformation and organizational change programs for global clients across multiple industries.
