  • Helped facilitate the design of a Human Resources five-year strategic plan for a large, global manufacturing company, including the development of a comprehensive implementation plan and tool
  • Designed and delivered an approach for redesigning job descriptions within a large healthcare organization, along with developing training and education materials for managers and employees
  • Helped develop a tool and approach for assessing job descriptions for remote and hybrid work capabilities
  • Served as a trusted strategic partner to many colleges and universities, healthcare and corporate organizations, including: Commercial Metals Company, Gila River Healthcare, Glen Raven and SpecialtyCare

Prior to joining the Organizational Effectiveness practice, Rebecca worked in the Compensation and Career Strategies practice at Segal where she focused on developing comprehensive salary structures, compensation philosophies and pay administration guidelines, and competitive benchmarking tools.

Rebecca earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Business and Law & Society from Cornell University and a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University. Ms. Robb is also a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is a professional member of  the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
