Lindsay is a Vice President, Communications Business Development, in our Segal Benz practice, affiliated with the Chicago office. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications, with deep expertise in total rewards messaging, crisis and change communications, and creating and analyzing employee engagement insights.
Prior to joining Segal, Lindsay was National Director, Employee Benefits Group Communications, at The Baldwin Group, a large insurance broker and advisory firm, where she founded and grew a benefits communication practice that now supports more than 6,000 clients nationwide and has helped to deliver more than $1 million in new business since its inception. Previously, Lindsay was the Midwest Region Communications Leader at USI Insurance Services, advising more than 140 clients and contributing to more than $2 million in new business. Earlier in her career, Lindsay led HR communications for The Kroger Co., with responsibility for messaging to 450,000 employees; as well as managing executive and HR communications at Convergys, a customer service firm with 180,000 employees in 1,800 locations on six continents. She began her communications consulting career at Mercer, where she worked primarily with healthcare, manufacturing and higher education clients.
Lindsay earned a BAA in Integrative Public Relations with minors in Marketing and Journalism from Central Michigan University (Mount Pleasant, MI).
