Anh is a Vice President in Segal’s Organizational Strategy and Transformation practice, affiliated with the Glendale office. He has more than 15 years of experience in strategic human capital solutions, organizational design, change management, talent management and leadership coaching.

Prior to joining Segal, Anh worked at The Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for leading enterprise change management for the company’s multi-year finance transformation. In 2012, Anh founded iORG Solutions, a boutique consulting firm specializing in organizational transformations, talent management and change management programs for clients across a wide range of industries, including the Port of Long Beach, Optum/UnitedHealth Group and Walmart. He has led more than 15 change management programs for large technology implementations, designing and operationalizing stakeholder engagement programs, strategic communications and learning programs. Prior to founding his own firm, Anh worked for Deloitte Consulting, Hitachi Consulting and IBM Global Business Services.

Anh earned a BA in Psychology and the Study of Religion from the University of California, Los Angeles, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
