Carol is a Vice President and Senior Compensation Consultant in Segal’s Phoenix office with nearly 20 years of human resources consulting experience. Prior to joining Segal, Carol served as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant for Fox Lawson & Associates, LLC for 10 years, working with over 100 clients. At Fox Lawson, her responsibilities included preparing proposals, participating in and managing classification and compensation projects, assisting clients in determining strategies and philosophies related to total compensation, developing performance management systems and training clients in Fox Lawson methodologies.
Prior to that, she served as the Assistant Director of Operations and Finance for the College of Extended Education at Arizona State University, where she was responsible for the college’s HR function and various budgets.
Carol received a BS summa cum laude and an MPA magna cum laude from Arizona State University.
Carol has been a member of WorldatWork since 1996 and the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) since 1998. She also strongly supports the Arizona IPMA chapter and serves as a trainer for IPMA’s Certification Program. Along with having the Certified Compensation Professional designation from WorldatWork, she is pursuing the Certified Employee Benefits Professional designation.
