Tim is a Senior Vice President and Consultant in Segal’s San Francisco office. He has more than 14 years of experience working with multiemployer health and welfare and pension plans. Tim has specialized expertise in employee benefit plans and has worked with multiemployer plans in many industries including construction, entertainment and transportation.
Prior to Segal, Tim worked for Blue Shield of California, where he was responsible for all labor and trust accounts in the state. In that role, he developed and led Blue Shield’s labor sales and retention. Prior to joining Blue Shield, Mr. Losee was a benefit consultant at Rael & Letson, where he was the lead consultant for 11 multiemployer funds.
Tim holds a BA in Business Economics and a minor in Statistical Science with Actuarial Emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
