Chris is a Consultant with Segal Benz, affiliated with the New York office. He has four years of communications experience in the benefits space, plus many more in public speaking training, speechwriting, strategic communications and community organizing. He develops and implements communication plans for Taft-Hartley funds and public sector organizations, in addition to curating and applying benefits brand voices for multinational companies.

As a hybrid writer and consultant, Chris has worked with multiemployer, public sector and corporate clients, communicating about health and welfare benefits, defined benefit and variable annuity pension plans, defined compensation plans, leaves of absence, compensation studies, plan change campaigns, legislative requirements and more.

Prior to joining Segal Benz, Chris taught ninth grade rhetoric and writing at Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ. He has over a decade of experience, including during his undergraduate years, in professional public speaking coaching and speech and debate education. Away from work, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Heart of America Humane Society.

Chris received a BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University and a MILR in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
