Noel is a Vice President and Benefits Consultant in Segal’s Denver office. He has more than 15 years of experience working with public sector clients as an account manager, project manager and lead consultant. He advises clients on the design, funding and administration of employee benefit programs.

Noel is an experienced consultant providing expertise in the healthcare industry and developing strategic solutions for employee benefits programs. He has worked with clients on the design and evaluation of medical management programs, value-based plan designs and funding arrangements, wellness initiatives and alternative provider networks.

Prior to joining Segal, Noel worked for another major consulting firm in Atlanta, GA, where he served as a lead analyst and underwriter for numerous state, county and city government clients. In that role, he also served as a subject matter expert in public-sector procurements and assisted clients with a variety of benefit programs, including paid leave, disability and eligibility audits. Noel also worked as an underwriter for a large mental health provider. In that role, he supported opportunities involving large employers and health systems while also assisting with internal financial planning and budgeting activities

Noel received a BA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from George Washington University. He earned designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Noel has also been recognized with Segal’s prestigious Quality Star Award and One Company Award.
