The year 2020 has been one for the ages. Between protesters, weather events, fires, election year hype, and a supreme court nomination, the country is polarized across many fronts. That polarization could enter the workplace if activist insiders choose to punish organizations for either their actions or their inactions. It's a no-win situation for any private or public entity.
