For an ever-increasing percent of the population, the path to choosing the right health plan is no longer found along a simple route. Many employees are confronting more choice than ever before — whether it’s new types of plans (consumer driven health plans with health savings accounts, for example), or having to choose coverage from the insurance Marketplace. These times call for a new way to provide assistance to employees with clear, concise communications that help them navigate the multitude of options. Whether an employee is turning age 26 and is newly booted from a parent’s health plan or turning age 66 and deciding how to supplement Medicare, he or she is never too young or too old to benefit from a clear, helpful voice to guide them through their choices.
