Summer 2017 Data Reporting Results of the 2017 State Employee Health Benefits Study

Segal Consulting’s 2017 State Employee Health Benefits Study presents an overview of plan designs and cost-sharing arrangements for the following medical plan types offered to full-time employees:

  • Preferred provider organizations/point-of-service plans
  • High-deductible health plans/ consumer-driven health plans
  • Health maintenance organizations/exclusive provider organizations
  • Indemnity plans

The study, which includes data from every state and the District of Columbia, also examines prescription drug coverage.
