Mr. LaBat is a Senior Vice President and Principal serving our Corporate market, and is based out of Segal’s Chicago office. He is the leader of the Corporate market’s business development team. He has more than 30 years of experience in both HR consulting and global corporate industries.

Before joining Segal, Mr. LaBat was the new client acquisition leader at Buck, where he built and led the sales team nationwide and implemented a sales infrastructure. Previously, he was with Mercer for about 10 years. He also worked for American Express, Hewitt, Gartner and Xerox.

Mr. LaBat holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Oregon.
