This experience included 10 years with Towers Perrin, where Mr. Knuff held a variety of HR generalist and staffing management roles within its employee benefits consulting, general management consulting and insurance consulting operations, as well as two years with The Alexander Consulting Group (a subsidiary of The Alexander & Alexander Company), where he established and managed the subsidiary’s professional staffing function.

Mr. Knuff’s previous 10 years of experience include organization development/training and staffing management roles at a major consumer product company and two financial institutions.

Mr. Knuff received a BS in Business Administration from Cornell University and is a member of SHRM.
