Libby has over 20 years of experience in professional service organizations. She has deep expertise in Finance, HR, Operations and IT, scaled a professional service firm from eight employees to 600+ and navigated an acquisition and integration while maintaining profitability and keeping clients happy. Libby joined Benz at a pivotal time of growth, scaling existing operational systems and moving the then-small business to enterprise-level operations and financial structures. This work set up the business for significant growth and success.

Much of Libby’s business leadership has focused on evolving and innovating business processes with technology-based tools to drive improved efficiencies and collaboration. Prior to joining the Benz team, Libby led all internal operations at SolutionSet, including IT and HR, and she was responsible for consolidating benefits programs across five business units in different regions around the country. Earlier in her career, she was the director of web operations for 3Com, overseeing a multimillion-dollar global website redesign.

Libby holds a BA in Organizational Studies from Scripps College (Claremont, CA), where she is currently a member of the Board of Trustees and Chairs the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. She has also served as the President of the Scripps College Alumnae Association.
